Delivery Policy

Profit Prism Journal is an online service. Nothing is shipped — your plan is delivered as access to the web app, activated automatically as soon as your payment succeeds.

1. What you get

A paid plan unlocks the full Profit Prism Journal web app at profitprismx.com/app for the plan's period (1, 3 or 12 months), usable in any modern browser on computer or phone.

2. When you get it

Signed in when you paid: your plan is active immediately — the app opens straight away.
Paid as a new customer: your plan is active immediately; we send a sign-in link to the email you paid with so you can open your account.
A payment receipt is emailed to you and is always available under My Account → Membership.

3. If access doesn't arrive

If your payment went through but the app doesn't show an active plan within 15 minutes, write to support@profitprismx.com with your payment ID. We'll activate it, or refund you in full if we can't (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

4. No physical shipping

We don't ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier timelines.
