Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: plans are one-time prepaid payments that never renew automatically. Payments are non-refundable, except for a duplicate or failed charge, which we always refund in full.

1. How plans are billed

Profit Prism Journal is sold as prepaid plans — Monthly (₹199), Quarterly (₹479) and Yearly (₹1,199), all prices in Indian Rupees — paid once through Razorpay. A plan gives access for its full period from the moment the payment succeeds. Buying again before a plan ends adds the new period on top of the time you have left.

2. Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel: we never charge your card, UPI or bank account again on our own. When your plan period ends, access simply stops until you choose to buy another plan. You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account and data whenever you like from My Account.

3. Refunds

Because access starts immediately and the plan runs for its full period, payments are non-refundable, including for unused time, partly used periods, or deleting your account before a plan ends.

We always refund in full when:

you were charged twice for the same purchase (a duplicate payment), or
money was debited but the payment failed or your plan was not activated and we can't activate it for you.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email support@profitprismx.com (or open a ticket from the Support page) with the email you paid with and your Razorpay payment ID or receipt number (PPJ-…). We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Changes

We may update this policy; the version in force when you paid applies to that payment.
