Profit Prism Journal ("the Service") is a personal trading journal tool provided by Profit Prism. It lets you log trades, track analytics, and manage related notes for your own reference. It is not investment advice, and using it does not create an advisory relationship.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@profitprismx.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Trade data, screenshots, and notes you enter remain yours. We store them to provide the Service (via Supabase) and don't sell them. You can export your data (CSV) or delete it entirely at any time from My Account.
Nothing in the Service — including analytics, R-multiples, or any calculated statistic — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Trading involves risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
The Service is provided "as is," without uptime guarantees. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profit Prism is not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
